Ruth & Joanna Ivy side table Carrara marble

All furniture goes through an inspection process and is thoroughly cleaned before being listed for sale. We use professional cleaning products on the furniture. We do not accept furniture that is structurally damaged or broken, and we inspect the frames to ensure high quality and durability. During quality inspection, products receive a condition rating and any scratches, stains, or defects are detailed. All products of course come with a 14-day return policy and satisfaction guarantee.

What the condition classes mean:

• Brand new: Completely unused item, not previously in home use.
• Excellent: Item in great condition with little to no visible signs of use; minor flaws do not affect the overall appearance.
• Good: Item in good condition with minor wear from everyday use.
• Fair: Noticeably worn item with cosmetic imperfections.
• Worn out: Shows significant wear, including visible scratches, dents, or other signs of ageing.
